About
As an advertising student at BYU, I had the opportunity to work on many real-world projects. Through the BYU Ad Lab I was able to work for clients such as: The Foundation for a Better Life, Arizona Diamondbacks, Fieldstone Homes, and BYU Basketball. I was able to both manage projects and contribute. I've had the opportunity to work on many projects in the advertising industry, from social media to copywriting.
Writing:
I've had experience writing for several different mediums and outlets, most notably for Fluid Advertising and The Sports Quotient. Most recently I contribute to Salt City Hoops, the ESPN Truehoop affiliate for the Utah Jazz.

Work:
Arizona Diamondbacks
The goal of this project was to increase attendance at the Arizona Diamondback baseball games. To accomplish this, our team created four promotional events. The goal of each of these events was to drive ticket sales and bring new target markets to the game.
My responsibility on this project was to conduct market research, brainstorm event ideas, built out those ideas, and present our ideas to a board, which included a member of the Diamondbacks marketing team.
The Foundation for a Better Life
The main purpose of this project was to conduct research for The Foundation for a Better Life. Our group evaluated all aspects of media, including social channels, target audience and website. Through this research, we came up with a plan on how to better reach the millennial age group.
My role on this project was primarily a research role. Research included online research, survey distribution and analysis, and interviews and focus groups. I also assisted in editing content.
Fieldstone Homes
Fieldstone homes is a Utah-based home builder. They came to us with the request to analyze the current marketing system, and present them with suggestions to improve. Our main goal was to analyze what customers currently thought of Fieldstone Homes, and find the best way to reach them with messages that would help reinforce positive feedback and change negative feedback.
My responsibility on this project included both primary and secondary research, conducting focus groups, analyzing data, presenting our findings, and creative design of the book with our findings and recommendations.
